Now more than ever, we need to focus on our mental and behavioral health, build resiliency, and become the MAD COOL  people we were designed to be!

#WarOnRona Wellness & Resiliency Webinar three week program will help people to achieve unconditional, empowered fitness, MAD COOL FITNESS by increasing their health knowledge and helping them to develop Healthy Lifestyle Skills (stress management, time management, organizational skills) to apply that knowledge. The webinar is based on behavior change theory, research and Jennifer’s 22 years of consistent, healthy living. People will learn about themselves and become MAD COOL!

MAD COOL F.I.T. (Fitness Integration Training) eight week program offers a more in-depth view of concepts covered in the Wellness & Resiliency Webinar in a small group setting allowing for more individualized health coaching. MAD COOL F.I.T. also includes an app for ongoing support in between sessions.
