The following Privacy Policy is a part of the Terms of Use that govern your use of the Site.

In various ways we collect information that is volunteered by user of the Site. Certain identifying information, such as (for example) name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address, weight, age, race, and fitness history, is gathered for the purposes of evaluating you fitness needs.
